I am a low maintenance/easy peasy kinda hairstylist. I am very low maintenance myself with my own hair, I only want to get it done once MAYBE twice a year, max. So I created a brand that does just that, low maintenance hair is my niche. I am a firm believer that the universe created you perfectly and instead of fully changing that, we should just enhance it. I want you to feel empowered and beautiful with all that you already are. By enhancing your natural color instead of just covering or changing it, learning to work with your hair instead of against it, and stretching out the time between salon visits. It’s really a win win! Can’t wait to see you in my chair.

I’ve been a stylist since December 2020, so exciting! I have always been so passionate about the hair industry, growing up I always knew I’d be a hairstylist. My favorite things to do behind the chair include any and all things blonding. Anything from lived in looks to brunettes, blondes, coppers and everything in between. My job is to create a look tailored to you to fit into your hair goals, wants and needs. I’m currently working on building my books and I am accepting new clients. I’d love to have you in my chair! I'm in my 4th year behind the chair and have a strong passion for anything color related! My love for color started back in high school, where I spent lots of time switching up my hair as well as my friends. I currently love doing lived-in and low maintenance looks the most, but I also love experimenting and creating a look tailored to you! I consider all of my clients to be a friend of mine and believe in creating a relationship where you feel valued and heard. Your time spent in my chair is catered to be best experience for you while providing you a color that makes you feel like the greatest version of yourself. I'm so excited to see you in my chair! When I’m not at behind the chair I love spending time with my cat children Burrito, Simon, Melvin and Marilyn. I love to read books by the lakes, watch a good show & my guilty pleasure is playing sims. I love coffee & like to visit local coffee shops around the cities!

I’ve been in the industry for 40 years. I did my training at the Horst Education Center. I am very passionate about cutting hair, any style from short to shoulder length. My specialty is cutting bobs. I also enjoy coloring and highlighting hair. For as long as I can remember I’ve always just loved playing with hair. When I’m not behind the chair you’ll see me in my garden, I have a huge garden that I tend to all summer long.

Hey! My name is Maija & I started at Navina back in October of 2023 and can’t put into words how much I adore it! I am so thankful to have the best job & opportunity to meet the coolest people. Hair wise, dimensional brunettes are my thing, but I love it all! Extensions, blonding, you name it; I pride myself on being a well rounded stylist. Big believer in enhancing the hair you were born with. I have been fortunate enough to learn from some of the top stylists in Minnesota, as well as around the country. For me, learning never stops! When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll find me hangin with my people, watching reality TV, editing for my photography business, or maybe getting some steps in when it’s sunny! I love people (and dogs) & am most definitely an extrovert. Cannot wait to meet ya!

I’m Mia and I am jumping right into my first year behind the chair and I cannot be more pumped about it! My love for hair started when I was a little girl, and I am feeling #blessed to kickstart it at my new salon home at Navina Collective! Hair color immediately clicked with me while I was in school, and it quickly became my passion. I LOVE a good blondie moment. That is definitely my niche. Otherwise, lived-in, personalized, and a sprinkle of bold looks are my thing. When I am not in the salon, I love keeping up with the newest trends especially when it comes to fashion, makeup, hair, etc. I live a super active lifestyle whether that is hanging out with my friends + fam or being outdoors I am always on the move. Ultimately, hair has really become a HUGE passion of mine and I want to utilize my abilities to make people feel beautiful every day. Alongside creating incredible connections + bonds with amazing humans that will last forever. Looking forward to being your hair gal ;)

Hi there! I have been having fun behind the chair for over 20 years. I graduated from Aveda Institute of Minneapolis in 1999. My love for hair color started there. I was a color specialist for the first 10 years of my career. I love working with blondes and new challenges. When I'm not behind the chair I love spending time traveling, hiking, and cooking with my husband and two daughters. You will also find me on the sidelines of my daughter's soccer games. Hey there! I’m Leslie and I have been in the industry for 8 years after graduating from the Aveda Institute in 2016. I really enjoy creating low maintenance looks that will fit seamlessly into your life style, no matter if you’re a brunette, blonde, or anything in between. Along with lived-in looks, I also love cutting any length of hair and finding a style that suits you best. My favorite part of my job is not only discovering the vision you have for your hair and translating it into reality, but also getting to know you and having those meaningful conversations at the salon. A little about me; I recently bought a house and moved to Saint Paul with my husband Matt, two kitties Mouse and Toffee, and our little baby girl on the way (eeeek!!). I spent most of my career on the west side of the cities and now have the exciting opportunity of rebuilding my books. So I am accepting new clients!

Outside of Navina you can find me watching Grey’s Anatomy, reading a book, hanging out with friends/family, or walking Peanut the dog! I'm heading into my 2nd year doing hair and I couldn't be more excited to keep learning and growing my clientele. I love natural low maintenance looks to enhance your already beautiful hair and I love a good challenge let's do a big transformation! My favorite things to do when I'm not in salon is spend time outside being active, I love being with my friends and family! I also serve with the national guard as part time army so working in the beauty industry keeps my girly and creative side flowing. My initial passion for doing hair started with braiding my American Girl Doll’s hair at the age of 7. Later on, I left my college days at Winona State University to pursue what both my mom and grandma did; hair! My specialty includes blonding, lived-in color and all dimensional whether you’re going for a more bold or natural look. A consultation with me includes talking about what your color scheme is (i.e eye color, skin tone, face shape, colors you tend to wear, etc.) and/or pulling up inspiration pictures through Pinterest. Tell me all about you, your lifestyle, how often you like to get your hair done; that way I can best help you in your hair journey.P.S I will probably ask you if you have any pets, hobbies or upcoming trips planned. My favorite state to visit is Colorado and I have a mini bernadoodle, Vinnie, who’s besties with Melody the cat! I’ve recently been getting into pickle ball and I love playing pool on my days off. I’m so looking forward to doing your hair and making you feel beautiful!
