Adjustments

If you are unsatisfied with any service you received please notify your stylist within 7 days of your service so your stylist can make adjustments at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds on any services, no exceptions.


Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you give your stylist 48 hour notice when possible but a mandatory 24 hours. Cancellations within the 24 hour window will be charged 50% of the service to the card held on file upon booking. When booking online you will be required to keep a card on file, you agree to the terms and services with square upon entering your card details.


No-Shows

Clients who no show and do not notify their stylist that they are unable to make their scheduled appointment time will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee to their card kept on file.


Late Policy

If you are running late to your scheduled appointment, please let the salon or your stylist know as soon as possible. Arriving late may result in not being able to finish your service. This could mean you will leave with wet hair or un-styled hair. We try to be as accommodating as possible but if you are going to be more than 10 minutes late please let us know as soon as possible.
