The Pre-Visit
You’ll begin with finding your stylist match, this can be done via consultation. You will receive a text 1 week beforehand, as well as 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. You can confirm via text and/or reply with any questions you may have. Make sure to save some inspiration photos for reference the day of your appointment.
The Day Of
It's best to come to your appointment with clean, dry hair. A day or two of worth of build up is okay, but avoid excess sweat, dirt, and product if possible. Masks are no longer required in our space but we are more than happy to wear one if you prefer, just ask!
Our stylists are all independent meaning they handle their own payment methods and preferences. The majority of us accept all major credit cards and other contactless payment methods.
After Your Visit
