Which stylist should I see?
At Navina Collective we are a collective of individuals who all have different specialties. A great place to view our stylists' works is via instagram (@navinacollective). Otherwise please reach out to our owner, Sydney, if you’d like assistance finding your perfect match.
What is Navina Collective’s cancellation policy, and why do I need to have a card on file?
If you need to cancel or reschedule we ask that you give us at least a 24 hour notice. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Clients who no-show scheduled appointment time and do not notify their stylist or the salon that they are unable to make the appointment will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of 100% of the service price.
If you are unsatisfied with any service you receive please notify your stylist within one week of your appointment so adjustments can be made. We do not offer refunds of any kind on any service, no exceptions.
If you are running late to your appointment, please let your stylist know as soon as possible. Arriving late may result in not being able to finish your service i.e. leaving with wet hair/un-styled hair.
Does the salon have parking?
Yes! We have a parking lot attached to our building, feel free to park here. If for some reason the lot is full, we have ample free street parking surrounding the building. Once you arrive, come on in and grab a seat on our couch while you wait for your stylist to grab you!
